Selling Your School Without Anyone Finding Out
Confidentiality is not a courtesy in a school sale — it is a structural protection of value. The moment news of a sale reaches staff, families, or competitors, the metrics that anchor your valuation begin to drift.
Our process protects this in three ways. First, every listing is blind: identifying details, photographs, and addresses are withheld from public listings. Second, every prospective buyer signs a non-disclosure agreement and undergoes financial pre-qualification before any school-identifying information is shared. Third, tours and meetings happen on weekends, holidays, or after-hours, with story-aligned cover narratives when needed.
The result is that most of our transactions close without staff or families learning of the sale until the new owner is introduced after closing. That is the standard we have built our practice around.
